  Two-phase project enforcing End-of-Term compliance (Renew / Cancel / Move-to-EST) across the subscription portfolio. • FTI-MuaSAM (Procurement System) (01/2026 - 03/2026) — Role: PM:

  Procurement management system for FPT Telecom International. Led an ISC team of 9: scope definition, master plan, risk management, and deployment coordination across UAT / Staging / Production before release. Managed change requests and multi-stakeholder schedules. https://muasamfti.vn/

  Technology: Web portal, CI/CD (Master/Staging branching, conflict resolution), multi-environment deployment, domain/SSL/hosting setup.

• FTI-CSP (Cloud Solution Provider / Partner Center) (09/2025 - 12/2025) — Role: Backend & Business Analysis:

  Reseller portal integrating Microsoft Partner Center — manage customers, subscriptions, orders, billing, pricing and Azure/NCE. Delivered ~26 UI modules plus the backend API layer. Owned business analysis and core backend APIs: Auth/logging, Agreements, Catalog, Customers, Sale, Upgrade, NCE, Orders. Deployed across DEV / Staging / Production.

  Technology: Microsoft Partner Center API & Graph API, REST API, Kafka (logging to Kibana), MongoDB, Swagger, multi-environment deployment.

• Amazing-chatbot (06/2024 - 09/2024):

  Quick insights into overall financial health for the company. This chatbot contains search utterances and corresponding intents from the finance domain, used to train Natural Language Understanding (NLU) platforms.
